My Journey: From Searching for a Way to Finding a Path
Aurora Georgia did not begin as a business idea; it began as my personal journey into infertility and hope. In 2006, when I began searching for a surrogate mother in Georgia, professional support was almost non-existent. I had to navigate the entire process independently—studying legal requirements, communicating with clinics, and learning every step through personal determination.
In early 2007, my program began, and in December of that year, my child was born. This experience changed my life, but it also revealed a critical gap: families were facing these same complexities with nowhere to turn for reliable, empathetic guidance.
A Rare Perspective from the Inside
During my own program, I experienced surrogacy in a way that few professionals ever do. The surrogate mother lived with me in the same apartment throughout the entire pregnancy. We shared daily life, visited doctors together, and managed every stage of the pregnancy side by side. This close relationship gave me an intimate understanding of the emotional and psychological needs of both intended parents and surrogate mothers.
In 2015, after years of informally helping other couples, I founded Aurora Georgia to provide the structured, responsible coordination that was missing when I went through the process myself.

Aurora Georgia is a boutique international surrogacy agency founded by a woman who personally completed her own surrogacy journey in 2007. After years of helping other couples informally, she established the agency in 2015 to provide the structured coordination and personal accountability she once sought for herself. Unlike high-volume "conveyor-style" providers, we prioritize quality over scale, limiting our intake to approximately 5-10 programs per month to ensure direct founder oversight. We are a team of experienced guides who blend professional medical coordination with a deep, human understanding of the surrogacy path.
